  Husband and I lived here for 14 months, and it was fantastic. The apartments are very nice, and we were especially impressed with the grounds. It was always well kept, and maintenance was performed in a timely manner. We were lucky to get fantastic neighbors, so there was very little noise in our building. The price we paid was about right; we came from the Hattiesburg area originally, and the price was comparable to the apartments there. I especially liked how safe it felt there. Coming from the safest town in the state to Jackson was a bit scary, but the Pointe always felt extremely safe. The folks at the leasing office are also wonderful. They were very easy to work with, even with the corporate rules. Madison was especially helpful, and would answer all our questions, from apartment related stuff to recommendations on pet sitters. She even checked our old mailbox after we moved because the post office delivered a package to there instead of our new house. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay in the Jackson area. It was very convenient to have the Trace across the street and the reservoir so close. If we ever have a need to rent again in this area, we will definitely come back to the Pointe.
